Geir Sandvik

Strategic and Financial advisory. Board Member of Pareto World Wide Offshore AS and Maas Capital Offshore (Norway) AS. Previous Chairman of the Board in Prospector Offshore Drilling and Floatel International Ltd., and previous Board Member of Beerenberg, a Herkules I company, as well as a number of other companies. Previous experience from Pareto Securities’ Corporate Finance division, as well as broad management experience from Transocean (EVP and CFO), Astrup Høyer (EVP and CFO), Aker and Royal Viking Line (VP Finance).


Morten Blix
Board member

Mr. Morten Blix co-founded Herkules Private Equity Fund in 2003. Mr. Blix is responsible partner for investments in PTC and PSW Group, and has extensive investment experience from 14 years in the Financial Investments division at Orkla from 1987 to 2001. Mr. Blix holds a degree in engineering from Norges Tekniske Høyskøle (NTH), as well as management degrees from the Norwegian School of Management.

Jan Skogseth
Board Member

Jan Skogseth was President and CEO in Aibel from 2008 to 2017. He has 35 years of experience from the oil, gas and renewable industry, from oil company to supplier industry, national and international. He was chairman in the Norwegian Industry Association Oil and Gas from 2012 to 2017. Jan Skogseth has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. In addition to PSW Group he sits on the board of Scatec Solar ASA and SR Bank ASA, and is Chairman on the board of Gassco AS.


Fredrik Toft Bysveen
Board member

Fredrik Toft Bysveen joined Herkules Capital in May 2014. In Herkules Capital Mr. Bysveen focuses on the investments in Elektroimportøren, PTC, PSW Group, Seagull and Stamina. Prior to joining Herkules Capital, Mr. Bysveen worked in investment banking for 2 years at SEB in Oslo. During his time with SEB, Mr. Bysveen worked towards multiple sectors, including energy, TMT and financial services. Mr. Bysveen holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and the University of Edinburgh with a major in finance.

PSW Power & Automation has installed the solar power plant on the roof of parent company PSW Group's new facilities in Mongstad. With its 1200 solar panels over 2500 square meters, the plant is the tenth largest in Norway, and the building's own power generation is approximately 350,000 kWh per year.
