Making good and sustainable decisions

We aim to make good and sustainable business decisions, to benefit our company, stakeholders and the communities where we operate. Our Environmental Social Governance strategy is focused around four main areas: people, the environment, integrity, and our local community.

People – our best asset

We develop competency and people - our employees are our best assets. We are committed to equal opportunity and non-discrimination, and we encourage an open and honest working culture.

We believe that every individual shall experience respect, justice and care, which is why we have chosen to support The Church City Mission in their work to achieve this. We proudly call ourselves one of their corporate sponsors.

Minimizing our environmental footprint

The oil and energy industry have significant impact on the environment, and we strive for zero spills and to minimize our environmental footprint through our operations. Sustainable management is essential to the future of our company and industry.

Integrity

We encourage transparency in all of our business and fully adhere to a high standard of business ethics, and comply with both our own governance principles and those of our owners, Herkules Capital

Our community

We aim to benefit the local communities where we operate by ensuring local employment, knowledge transfer and economic growth. Our most direct contribution is through hiring local personnel, utilizing local suppliers and sponsorships of activities and clubs for children and youth in our communities.

Developing sustainable solutions

PSW Group is continuously working with development of sustainable products and services for the industry. One of our main focus areas is development and production of complete shore power systems. Our own buildings are already energy optimized and we have started the process with electrifying our car fleet.
