Board Member of Pareto World Wide Offshore AS, Maas Capital Offshore (Norway) AS and BassDrill Alpha. Previous Chairman of the Board in Prospector Offshore Drilling and previous Board Member of Beerenberg, a Herkules I company, as well as a number of other companies.

Previous experience from Pareto Securities’ Corporate Finance division, as well as broad management experience from Transocean (EVP and CFO), Astrup Høyer (EVP and CFO), Aker and Royal Viking Line (VP Finance).

President and CEO of Bandak Group, a Herkules III company. Previous President and CEO of Handicare, a Herkules I company, for 11 years, responsible for driving significant and highly profitable organic and inorganic growth (13 add-ons). Handicare quadrupled its size in 5 years and developed from being a Norwegian oriented company to become a global player. Bandak grows internationally within multidiscipline supplies towards the oil and gas industry and has high attention to operational improvements internally.

Filip Abusdal Engebregtsen joines Herkules in August 2013. At Herkules Capital Mr. Engebregtsen focuses on the investments in Nevion, Elektroimportøren, PSW Group and Seagull. Prior to joining Herkules Capital, Mr. Engebregtsen worked for two years at Boston Consulting Group in Oslo covering multiple industries including oil & gas. Mr. Engebregtsen holds a Master of Finance from MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BSc in Economics and Business Adminitration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Norway.

Morten Blix co-founded Herkules Private Equity Fund in 2003 and today is the responsible partner for investments in EFG European Furniture Group, Enoro, PTC and PSW Group. Mr Blix has an extensive investment experience from 14 years in the Financial Investments division at Orkla from 1987 to 2001 and hold a degree in engineering from Norges Tekniske Høyskøle (NTH), as well as management degrees from the Norwegian School of Management.
