Tools & Equipment for all your maintenance and repair needs

Our facilities are equipped to handle all your maintenance and repair needs, with a modern and efficient machinery park tailored for a range of lifting operations and material handling, and all necessary tools and equipment, such as:

  • Make & Break Machine
  • SAW / TIG HW orbital / TIPTIG HW
  • Pressure Testing
  • High Pressure Cleaning / Ultrasonic Cleaning

Make & Break Machine

The EnerQuip Fully Rotational Torque machine is designed for fast and accurate, horizontal make up and break out of premium threaded connections on tubular components, such as oil and gas well drilling tools, casing, tubing, and similar components, without damaging threads.

SubArc Welding (PulverBue)

Submerged arc is a mechanized process, where one wire is fed through a conduit and a contact nozzle up to the welding arc. The arc and the molten pool are protected by a mineral flux supplied in front of the wire, this melts and creates a slag which also contributes to a particularly smooth and even weld surface. Submerged arc welding is suitable for most unalloyed and alloyed types of steel. The process stands out by its good welding economy, which is caused by a high deposition rate, and in general few welding defects. Submerged arc is also extensively used for cladding, where wear resistant or corrosion resistant metals are deposited onto ordinary steel.

Pressure Testing

Our workshops are equipped to handle both hydrostatic and gas pressure testing up to 30 000 psi, with a wide range of test equipment such as API clamps, hubs and flanges.

Trucks & Handling Equipment

We have a wide variety of trucks and forklifts for all your material handling needs. Lifting capacity ranges from 1 to 45 tons, as well as a Translifter with a 50 to 90 ton range.

Cleaning Equipment

  • High Pressure Cleaning up to 3000 bar.
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning
